Service Description
This complimentary consultation is a spacious, no-pressure conversation designed to support clarity. We’ll explore what’s currently feeling noisy, stuck, or misaligned in your life, and sense into what support would feel most nourishing and effective right now. This call is an opportunity to ask questions, reflect together, and determine whether the Embodied Clarity Method™ and/or my class offerings are the right fit for you. You’ll leave with greater insight, next steps, and a felt sense of whether continuing this work together feels aligned. ✨ This session is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. If you feel called, you’re welcome to contribute the cost of a chai latte or whatever feels supportive to you.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Calls missed without notice may not be rescheduled immediately due to limited availability. This is a safe and confidential space. Please respect the time and energy of the host. Be present, focused, and in a quiet environment to fully benefit from the session. The clarity call is informational and exploratory; it is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care.
